One Perfect Day

A painting I started a while back and put it aside , a. because I didn't have time to paint because of study and work. b. because I was stuck on how to finish it!

We had such a lovely Autumn, and I spent many of my lunch breaks walking in the park next to work, taking photos and sketches. I even collected some of the fallen leaves. The first day I didn't have to get up early for work I went into the studio and experimented with an idea I have for bigger paintings by working on this little one..very happy with the end result.
Next onto finishing off some dolls, another smaller painting or two, then onto the big boards for hopefully an exhibition at the end of the year!
